How does Overnight-Weightloss.com work?
Overnight-Weightloss.com allows you to get prescription weight loss medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide from the comfort of your home.
The first step is to see if you qualify for GLP-1 medications by clicking on “Do I Qualify?” Once you finish the eligibility questionnaire, you will be able to choose and pay for your selected medication.
You will be able to choose between up-front or monthly payments. Your pricing includes medication, supplies, doctor review, and overnight shipping.
After selecting your medication, you will need to complete an intake form for the doctor to review and approve your prescription.
In some cases, the doctor may request a quick video call before approval.
Typically, prescriptions are reviewed within 24 hours (often within 5 hours).
Once your prescription is approved, it is sent to one of our pharmacies, who will ship your medication within 2–3 business days, Monday through Thursday.
If for any reason your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
What States/Jurisdictions are eligible?
Direct Meds currently provides services to all U.S. states EXCEPT Mississippi and Louisiana, where prescription of weight loss medications via telehealth is prohibited.
