I placed my order, now what do I do?

To complete your intake form:
- The link will be sent to your email and via SMS once your purchase is completed.
- Follow the instructions to provide the required health information and upload any required documents, images, or videos.
- Submit the form to finalize your intake.

- What Happens Next
- Your doctor will review your intake within 24 hours (often in under 5 hours).
- If needed, your doctor may contact you for more information.
- Once approved, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy.
- Your medication will ship within 2–3 business days after approval.
What are the next steps after placing an order?
Once you’ve successfully placed an order for a prescription medication, here’s what happens next:
- Complete Your Medical Intake
Log in to your patient portal and fill out the required health history form.
- Doctor’s Review
- A licensed provider will review your intake.
- They may request additional details such as photos, documents, or even a quick phone or video consultation before approving your prescription.
- Prescription Processing
After approval, your prescription will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies to be filled and shipped to your door.
You will receive an SMS message with tracking information when it is on the way.
- Timeline
- Most prescriptions are approved within 24 hours (often within 5 hours).
- Once the pharmacy receives the prescription, their processing time is generally 2–3 business days, if there are no delays.
How do I reorder or place another order or order a refill for my prescription?
If you have an active subscription, you do not need to manually request a refill. Your subscription is automatically processed.
When it’s time for your next subscription:
- Your payment will be processed (if applicable).
- If a new prescription is required, you’ll receive a notification to complete a new intake form.
- Once the intake is submitted, it will be sent to your doctor for approval (typically within 24 hours).
- Your prescription will then be sent to the pharmacy for shipment.

Why don’t I have tracking information yet?
You will receive an SMS message with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking information yet, your order is likely still waiting to ship. Possible reasons include:
- You haven’t completed your intake form.
- Your doctor has requested additional information (check your email, including spam/junk).
This may include:- Video consult
- Full-body images/videos
- Prescription info
- ID/license
- Other documents
- You haven’t provided a physical shipping address (no PO Boxes).
- Your prescription has not been approved yet.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, check the following:
- Intake form: Make sure it’s fully completed.
- Emails from doctor: Check inbox/spam for requests (video consult, ID, photos, etc.).
- Shipping address: Must be a physical address — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping team messages: Check email for any delivery-related questions.
- Processing time: Review “How Are Medications Shipped and When?” for typical timeframes.
- Order status: Log in to your patient portal to check.

How long is my package safe in transit?
Temperature-Sensitive Injectables (Semaglutide & Tirzepatide)
- Injectable Tirzepatide: Stable at 68°–80°F for up to 21 days if unopened.
- Injectable Semaglutide: Safe within 36°–86°F.
- Even if ice packs melt or delivery is delayed, your medication is safe to use upon arrival.
Non-Temperature-Sensitive Medications
- Safe as long as they remain sealed.
- Ensure they are not expired.
My package is delayed in transit, will my medication be okay?
We’re truly sorry for the delay to your order and understand how frustrating that can be.
Temperature-Sensitive Medications
- Packed carefully with ice packs to protect stability during transit.
- Even if ice packs melt, your medication is safe if the factory seal is intact.
- Tirzepatide: Stable at 68°–80°F for up to 21 days (sealed).
- Semaglutide: Safe between 36°–86°F.
After Opening
- Once the seal is broken/exposed to air, it must be refrigerated to maintain effectiveness.
Shipping & Insurance
- All orders are fully insured in case of loss during shipping.
- Insurance does not cover issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
What if I need to cancel?
With Overnight-Weightloss.com, there are no contracts.

Medication Returns
- We cannot accept returns of any medication, used or unused, due to FDA regulations.
- Refunds for shipped orders are not guaranteed, but reviewed case-by-case.
Reporting Issues
- Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- For replacements, we may request photos of the package or contents.
- If a package is lost or misdelivered, you may need to:
- File a carrier claim, and
- Provide the claim number.
We may make exceptions when necessary.
