How does the signup process work / How do I place an order (New Customers)?

To place your first order:

  • Visit overnight-weightloss.com and click “Do I Qualify”.
  • Complete the health qualifier (takes about 5 minutes).
  • Select your preferred prescription.
  • Choose a plan: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 Months.
  • Complete the medical intake form.
  • Your doctor will review your chart, typically within 5–24 hours.
  • In some cases, the doctor may require a video call.
    • If so, check your email or text for a scheduling link.
  • If approved, your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy and shipped, usually within 2–3 business days.

Shipments are processed Monday through Thursday.

If your prescription is not approved for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

How are medications shipped and when will my medication/order be shipped?

Once your prescription is approved by your doctor (typically within 24 hours, often within 5 hours), it will be sent to the pharmacy to be filled.
Non-prescription products are sent to the pharmacy immediately upon completion of payment.

Please note: these are estimates based on typical order volume. Depending on volume, it may take 2–3 business days for a prescription or order to ship once received by the pharmacy.

U.S. Customers:

  • U.S. pharmacies ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days, depending on volume.
  • Orders received before 3 PM ET, Monday–Thursday usually ship the same day.
  • Orders received after 3 PM ET, Monday–Wednesday usually ship the next day.
  • Orders received after 3 PM ET Thursday or anytime Friday–Sunday usually ship on Monday.
  • Temperature-controlled orders ship via UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air.
  • All other orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and product.
  • All shipments are fully insured for lost orders (except in cases of incorrect shipping addresses).

Where do my prescriptions come from?

All prescriptions are filled by U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies, which prepare medications individually for each patient.
These pharmacies are sterile, authorized facilities approved to produce specific GLP-1 medications for patients like you.

Important: Direct Meds does not provide services to individuals residing in Mississippi or Louisiana, where prescribing weight loss medications via telehealth is prohibited.

How do I fill out the Intake Form?

To complete your intake form:

  • The link will be sent to your email and via SMS once your purchase is completed.
  • Follow the instructions to provide the required health information and upload any required documents, images, or videos.
  • Submit the form to finalize your intake.

How do I request an increase or decrease of my medication dose?

When do I get billed for my next subscription/prescription?

The most common subscription is month-to-month, billed every 28 days, since prescriptions are typically for 4 weeks at a time.

If you chose a pay-in-advance option, your billing schedule will differ:

  • 3-month (12-week) upfront payment → billed every 84 days
  • 9-month (36-week) upfront payment → billed every 252 days
  • 12-month (48-week) upfront payment → billed every 336 days

Some medications require a monthly intake form; others less frequently.
If an intake is required, you will receive a notification.

Once your subscription is paid, the intake completed, and your prescription approved, your medication will be sent.

Why am I not losing weight like I thought I would?

Everyone Loses Weight Differently

There is no standard amount of weight loss for any individual.
Results depend on your starting weight, calorie intake, and activity level.

GLP-1 medications help by suppressing appetite, making it easier to reduce calories.
Weight loss is ultimately calories in vs. calories out, so diet and exercise still matter—but GLP-1s make the process much easier for most people.

Weight Loss Can Vary

  • Some patients lose 1–2 lbs per month
  • Others lose 10–20 lbs per month
  • A safe and sustainable target is generally 3–5 lbs per month

Starter / Initial Doses

During the first 2 months, especially at starter doses, it’s common to see little or no weight loss.

These initial doses:

  • Prime the body
  • Allow the medication to be titrated safely
  • Reduce side effects
  • Help your body adjust gradually

Expect gradual and steady weight loss after the first 2 months.

Why was my prescription denied?

If your prescription was denied through Direct Meds, it is usually for one of two reasons:

  1. Technical Issues
  • Missing or incomplete forms
  • Expired, blurry, or incorrect ID/medical documents
  • Payment processing errors

These are usually resolved by correcting or resubmitting the required information.

  1. Medical Decision by the Provider

A licensed medical provider may decide the prescription isn’t appropriate based on:

  • Your health history
  • Your current medications
  • Other clinical factors

These decisions are made solely for your safety and are at the provider’s discretion.
